Die FINMA hat zur Stellungnahme im Rahmen der öffentlichen Konsultation zur Teilrevision der GwV-FINMA eingeladen. Die Frist ist am 10. Mai 2022 abgelaufen. In short, the proposal is too broad in many respects, ignoring the principle of technology neutrality in regulation. My comments can be found here.
