Die Frist ist am 10. Mai 2022 abgelaufen. Ich habe im eigenen Namen eine kurze Stellungnahme eingereicht, die im Wesentlichen aufzeigt, dass die geplante Versch\u00e4rfung des Schwellenwerts (1&#8217;000 Franken pro Monat statt wie bisher pro Tag) betreffend den &#8220;Krypto-Geldwechsel&#8221; (Art. 51a GwV-FINMA) unverh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4ssig, empirisch schwach abgest\u00fctzt und nicht technologie- bzw. wettbewerbsneutral ist sowie unter Umst\u00e4nden gesetzeswidrig sein d\u00fcrfte.
